'Use Your Talents' is the title of the course, and the title is precise and very much to the point. It is the most personalized course I have ever been on. The natural “course sceptic” is proven wrong and skepticism is replaced by a spring of Aha-experiences. There are no random exercises or techniques – everything is precisely motivated. It is a journey where you laugh and cry together – completely safe in Roxana's experienced, gentle and insisting hands. Everyone comes to shore safely and much wiser about themselves.

The best recommendation I can give this course is, that I actually do recommend it far and wide.

I am crazy about being a Roxana-cult-member.
I believe it is a huge privilege to be a member! To be part of a group who has had the pleasure of participating - to be part of a group that now share something special.
The course which was about personal development, personal leadership and personal communication, and brought me out of my comfort zone. I have used myself in totally different ways than usual. I was taken to a place where it was not necessarily nice and peaceful, but where there was no way around it either, and it all ended happily. It was a very personal course where each of us got something very different out of it. It means a lot to me, and I am sure it does the same to the colleagues I was there with.


I can parry, disarm and create.
I can change my limiting thoughts just by changing my body's center.
I can rejoice in knowing what type of person I am.
I can rest ten times more easily in myself, and when I am more relaxed I am more creative and serene.
I can make the decision to do it.

It is straight from the heart, and I am already at it ;o)

It was two completely amazing days. It is very difficult for me to describe the process in few words, but I have personally opened my eyes to new things, gained some new tools, both general (which can be used by all) and personal, which I can use towards my everyday life and my professional life.
By tools I mean something I can continue working with – This means that I see the two course days more as a beginning than an ended process.



Roxana is in a league of her own. She is an amazing woman with so much power, and she is great to be around. I have been on a lot of courses, but never one which moved me in that way. I do not think I will forget her advices, yells and exercises. It is like becoming a new person or maybe more, getting hold of who you are.
Hopefully this will affect both my appearance and the way I act.

Roxana masters an art which is difficult to describe in words – she is to be used and thereby experienced. With the help of her ultimate passion and concentrated innovative energy Use Your Talents 1 and 2 has made me capable of being one hundred percent present, no matter which state of mind or situation I find myself in.
